I Mr.Vinay More, as Faffy, residing in Mumbai, Lower Parel,
Holding the Driving License, from five years...
during dis years i hav marked certain important thing abot welfare abot mumbai city....
the first n imp thing is issue of Driving License [DL]
Mumbai which we call "PAISE KI DUNIYA" ..... here, not something ... but ALMOST everything is done wid de help of Money,
Same, DL
is alloted 2 de ppl, widout any test ...
dis lead 2 major accident which in turn results inconvience 2 Mumbaikars...

De main Intension 2 write dis article ... is juss i wanted 2 show u or rather tell abot de behaviour of "RESPECTFUL MUMBAI CORPS"...
what 2 start 4rm....

I feel like the duty of a traffic police is 2 control traffic... by standing at de junction ....
but its directly ulta... dey stand after de signal.... y is so?

4r de same if a person is tryin 2 defend himself wid a corp ... directly a fine recipt is being given.. such things usually happn wid middle class ppls....

It was ma eye evidence .... a Black-Glass Car ... was being stoppd at kemps corner, Marine lines[A white collar area], der was a Teen-age Guy, who board outside,
handed over a 100rupee note 2 a corp, n widout a word or showin DL, he was left....

First of all ..... each n evry Corp of our Mumbai Police ... is not at all educated..

der was one incident which took place out-side BIG BAZAR, Lower Parel, .... A middle-class person of age, 27 was caught bcoz ..... his number plate of his bike was in Marathi language, n was a Shiv-Sena[a poltical party] Supporter
his intension was lik, wat is dis bloodly rule...
we stay im maharastra, n marathi is not allowed
we talk marathi, n marathi is not allowed
ok .... let us agree dat marathi should not be der on Vechile's number plate ...
den y de hell dis corp dey write in marathi... wen a fine recipt is being prepared!
eventually,
we land-up wid no changes !

Helmet
Its a big issue dis dayz ... plenty time it has raise, plenty times it has falled ,
many times it has observed juss 2 complete de target .... of a week,
Our Mumbai CORPS... set a Check Post compulsory at evry Monday ! ... especially 4r HELMET,
ok its agreed, dat a helmnet is compulsory, its a good sign,
but y not 4r a person sitting behind a rider!
if dey met in a accident so, der r chances dat person sitting behind can get hurt, or get injured badly !

leaving evrything apart lets move 4r .... other accesory parts like?
1.] Valid Driving License
2.] Valid Registration Book of a vechile
3.] Valid PUC
4.] Valid Insurance of a vehicle

BUT,
such things can easily change or ignore by de means of Money, "Paise" ...
Dis world is of Money !

De next thing is Drink N Drive ?
juss 4r on paper dis corps caught .... druken ppl .... n r release wid giving MONEY,
one who refuz is being not only fined but also a Non-Bailable Warrant is being issued...
dis thing is only 4r showing Government, dat look at us we hav caught so many drunkers,
its all strategy,


are total.... POLICE system is corrupted !!!

Frequenty caught .. ppl r released widout any fine ... bcoz
he or she might be,
any police ka relative,
any political contact,
or any contact so ... dat dey can release after commiting crime,
its all abot rishwat!!!
A common selfish nature ?

are i hav personaly experience .....
de way dis corps behav wid vulgar language,
if a gul is der behind a bike,
dey r sure shot caught !
bcoz nice amount of Money is given 4r a mandavli ,

4r eg,
if 4r a signal crossing , fine is 100Rs. ... but it is done in 50Rs. ... illegally,
which directly goes into pockect of a corp !

n dis corp r workin 4r us !
its der duty .... which dey nvr follow it !

Wat 2 say abot dis .....
Salye sab Police hafta laye kar ... corrupt hoge hai !!!
No one can change dem..?
